FIBERGLASS FABRIC
Tenglong fiberglass fabrics are made of continuous fiberglass yarns, therefore it can be produced in many different kinds of weaving structure, and the surface of this fabrics appear very smooth and shiny. This kind of fabrics have the same properties of texturized fiberglass fabrics, it is a ideal fabric for electric insulation, heat insulation, fire protection, reinforced materials, filter materials, painting cloth, and coating fabrics etc.
TEXTURIZED FIBERGLASS CLOTH
Made of continuous C glass or E glass filament texturized yarns, they demonstrate a better insulating properties and greater fullness. Insulating properties depend upon conductivity and radiation and these are influenced by the fabric construction. It is the ideal substitute of the asbestos cloth.
HEAT TREATED FIBERGLASS FABRICS
We have our fiberglass cloth pass through a oven with high temperature in order to burn off the sizing and other organic elements in the cloth. After this heat treatment, fiberglass cloth will change to brown color and it will be smoke-free during the application.
CARBON FIBER CLOTH
Plain carbon fiber cloth is a new material, it has the obvious advantage of high tensile strength, abrasion resistance,corrosion resistance,good conductivity,and high temperature resistance.Carbon fiber fabric can composite with epoxy,unsaturated polyester and phenolic resin. It shows incredible mechanical performance and reinforcing effect on structures. The product has features like,light weight,soft to variety of shape structures,high tensile strength,high flexibility,anti-acid and alkali.
VERMICULITE COATED FIBERGLASS CLOTH
Vermiculite is a natural mineral which provides a natural inorganic finish to fiberglass. This coating provides short temperature resistance of 1000C degree and increased continuous temperature resistance temperature up to 800C degree.
COATED FIBERGLASS CLOTH
Polyurethane (PU) coating on the silica fiber cloth with PU coating provide a thin film, high gloss finish with exceptional weathering performance characteristics. This coating is used in virtually all industrial markets to provide a smooth durable finish that has superior resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and chemical exposure.
SILICONE RUBBER COATED FIBERGLASS CLOTH
Silicone coated (impregnated) fiberglass fabrics are made of fiberglass basic fabrics coated or impregnated with specially compounded silicone rubber on one or both sides. It has a lot of advantages such as high strength, fire retardant, high temp. resistance, chemical resistance, none-penetrative, non-toxic and so on.

We coat extra thick special formulation of silicone rubber on our texturized fiberglass sleeves, it can protect industrial hoses and lines from molten metals, slag, welding splatter, electrical or grinding sparks and contamination. it also provides protection from ozone, UV and abrasion.
